Haley B. Ferguson. Planning for the future or managing the loss of a loved one can be overwhelming – but clients don’t have to face it alone. Haley B. Ferguson focuses her law practice on
estate planning and estate administration, offering both
legal expertise and compassionate guidance during life’s
most personal and difficult transitions. Born and raised in
the tristate area, Haley is licensed in Kentucky, Ohio, and
West Virginia and prides herself in assisting the people
within the tristate.
Whether someone is creating a will, setting up a
trust, or navigating probate, Haley takes time to listen,
understand each client’s unique story, and tailor
thoughtful solutions that reflect their needs and values.
Approachable and attentive, Haley creates a space where
clients feel comfortable asking questions, expressing
concerns, and making informed decisions. She believes
that clear communication and a personal connection are just as important as the legal documents themselves. Haley’s practice allows her to follow her passion for helping her clients plan and
protect their families and assets, as well as assist them during difficult times in their lives.
Haley obtained her Juris Doctorate from the University of Dayton School of Law in
2019. Many classes piqued her interest – such as Law and Education, where she received the CALI Excellence for the Future Award for earning the highest grade in the class – but it was her Wills and Trusts class that became her favorite and ultimately inspired her chosen area of practice.

Haley graduated as Valedictorian and summa cum laude from the University of Pikeville
in 2016. Haley obtained a bachelor’s degree in communications with a minor in English. These
studies helped her develop the communication and writing skills she uses daily in her practice.
During her undergraduate years, Haley played NAIA Division 1 Volleyball for all four
years, receiving Academic All Mid-South Conference honors from 2013-2016 and recognition as
an NAIA Scholar Athlete from 2014-2016. She also spent a semester in Washington D.C.
studying and interning with a lobbying and consulting group, where she spent many days on
Capitol Hill speaking with Senators and Representatives and attending Congressional Hearings.
Haley ultimately returned home after school to be close to family and start a family of her
own. She and her husband welcomed their daughter this past spring and are enjoying every
moment of parenthood. During football season, you can find them under stadium lights on Friday
nights, cheering on the Boyd County Lions.
Haley welcomes conversations at any stage – whether someone is just beginning to start
